Hangman
I have nothing intelligent to say, so I will try to pull a fast one on you and sidetrack your thoughts by giving you games! Don’t hang this guy, he’s a friend of mine.

Well. The un-thinkable happened. School was cancelled for the second day in a row. Work wasn’t cancelled, just school. But the weather is…. unfathomable. It’s still snowing out there. I have some pictures taken from Zach, Ryan, and Herring Happenings… Normally I don’t post before I ask permission, but maybe they’ll forgive me.
Hey everyone. Sorry I haven’t posted in awhile. I’ve created not one but I’ve been in the process of creating three new websites over the course of the last week. One of them, GBSstudent.com, is really taking off. I have a featured blog on that site, but it consists mostly of comics about the site.
Here is the link: Link to GBSstudent.com-Friendly Admin
Give it a view and see what you think.
“It was so cold here last night that the lawyers had to keep their hands in their own pockets”
I hear it may even warm up to a high of 16 degrees today, but the windchill even then will be at 0 or less. Stupid North. I knew there was a reason I liked Alabama.

I give you….. the “Worst Day of the Year” equation. It will scientifically tell you how depressing this time of year is. Here is the equation:
![]()
The equation works thusly: You apply it to each day of the year, and calculate the values. W stands for weather, D for your level of debt, d for your monthly salary; T is “time since Christmas” and Q for the amount of time since you last failed in an attempt to quit smoking. (Smoking? It was written by the British.) M is your “low motivational levels” and NA is the “need to take action.” The gist of it is, if the weather is really bad, you have high debt, and it’s been a while since your last failed attempt to stop smoking, the numerator gets high, boosting the day’s depression rating. If your motivation and ability to take action plummets, the divisor shrinks, creating the same effect.
The most depressing day of the year was Jan. 24th, and there is some debate whether we are currently IN the most depressing week of the year, or whether that was last week.
Even depression has fans.
