It’s beautiful. The iPhone from Apple will change the phone market in ways similar to how the iPod changed the MP3 market.
I will not buy one for at least two years until my current contract expires on my existing phone, so it will be interesting what all will be added to this package by then. But it has more to offer than any other phone/music device on the market right now.
Selling in June, you get a widescreen iPod with full video and audio support, including some new features like side-scrolling through the album art to pick songs. Plus you get a phone, and not just any phone, but a lot of very handy new features there. Plus several different ways to get internet and email, including Wi-Fi. Plus photo gallery, widgets, full-screen web browser, plenty of battery life, it runs a full version of OSX from Apple for plenty of upgrades, built-in Google maps and click-to-call, built-in search capability, multi-point touch interface to manage everything, and a lot more. Check it out. Links below:

Edit: Seems like Hollywood, but as of earlier today, Apple stock is up over 7% for the day. Competitor Research in Motion (Blackberry) is down over 6%, and Palm, maker of the Treo, is also down, nearly 6%. Sign of things to come? By the way… That is 2 BILLION DOLLARS in market cap changes. (Yes, Billion) Seems funny all that money changes hands after a little 45 minute presentation, but welcome to technology.
